One heads-up on this was I saw the "transmitter missing" message for a couple of seconds and it went away on its own, so be aware this might appear. This solution avoids the need to install any kind of simulator selector software just set the switch, plug in and go! Darko reported a similar USB with the manual switch is working with Windows 11 without any software and the operating system is original, not upgraded. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium, but I suspect it will work with any Windows XP or above version. I did not need to press the button on the USB either there are no instructions so I don't know what that is for. The 3mm mono cable that came in the box was used and was connected to a Spektrum DX-7S. The important thing to do is select the Phoenix RC simulator (or PHRC on the one I received) BEFORE you plug in the device or start Phoenix (tip from Darko in Slovenia). I just received a USB adapter from Amazon, and I'm pleased to announce that it works without any need to install any software!
